One Country luxury accommodation is set in the country at a working race stables with horses grazing in their paddocks and beautiful gardens all around you.

2 mins from Rangiora township, 25 mins from Christchurch CBD, 20 mins to the airport.

Our accommodation is open all year round 7 days a week.

Boxes and yards are available for guests with horses, but no room service, muck out yourself :-)

The Grand National Apartment

is a spacious, stylish and private, 3 bedroom room self contained unit

with 2 queens and 2 single beds, bathroom with spa bath and shower, seperate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with couches, gas fire and Sky TV.

The patio steps on to the lawns and gardens.

Towels changed and mini bar restocked every three days.

Horses can be housed in boxes or yards during your stay - no room service though - muck out yourself :-)

Sleeps 1 to 6 people.

$149 (low season), $169 to $179 (variable rate during high season)- 1- 2 guests

$40 per extra guest 

$20 children under 12 years, over 12 is classed as an adult, babies free and cots are complimentary. Sorry no dogs.

One Country is a horse training facility on 15 acres and the accommodation is unsupervised for arrivals.

If you are arriving after 6pm please contact us, and we will leave a light on for you outside an inside to help you find your accommodation.

Directions to the Grand National are go down the long entrance drive you will see a sign post directing you to the Grand National,go down the middle drive way to the apartment about 20 metres and on the right and you will see the guest letterbox at the entrance.The apartment will be open for you and the key inside the apartment.The guest letterbox will have your welcome letter and arrival form in it.Please fill out the arrival form and return it to the letterbox.

The Derby Suite 

is a two room suite with queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe

and adjoining living room with couches and Sky TV. Sliding doors open to patio, lawns and gardens.

Tea and coffee facility. Towels changed and minibar stocked every three days.

Horses can housed in boxes and yards during your stay - no room service though - muck out yourself :-)

 Carry on straight ahead down the drive and on the left you will see a brown fence with the Derby Suite parking sign. Park there and go around behind the fence.The Derby Suite is on the right hand side of the building, with a letterbox at the entrance. The apartment will be open for you and the key inside the apartment.The guest letterbox will have your welcome letter and arrival form in it. Please fill out the arrival form and return it to the letterbox.
