One Country Apartments provide a luxury getaway for short or long stays and are
surrounded by beautiful gardens and working race stables.
2 minutes from Rangiora township, 25 minutes from Christchurch CBD, 20 minutes
the airport.
Our accommodation is open all year round 7 days a week.
Boxes and yards are available for guests with horses.
Room service available - there is a cafe on the premises that provides both breakfast
and lunch.
THE GRAND NATIONAL APARTMENT
this accommodation is not available to be booked at this time
a spacious, stylish and private, 3 bedroom self contained unit with 2 queen beds
and 2 single beds, bathroom including spa bath and shower and separate toilet.
It sleeps 1 to 6 guests and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room,
gas fire and Sky TV.
$149 - $179 (seasonal rates) for 1- 2 guests
$40 per extra guest
$20 for children under 12 years, infants free and cots are complimentary.
Sorry no dogs.
One Country is a horse training facility on 15 acres and the accommodation is
unsupervised for arrivals. If you are arriving after 6pm please contact us and we
will help you find your accommodation.
Directions to the Grand National: Go down the long entrance drive you will see a
sign post directing you to the Grand National, go down the middle drive way to the
apartment about 20 metres and on the right and you will see the guest letterbox at
the entrance. The apartment will be open for you and the key inside the apartment.
The guest letterbox will have your welcome letter and arrival form in it.
The office is located in the stable block.

THE DERBY SUITE
this accommodation is not available to be booked at this time
room and Sky TV. Sliding doors open to patio, lawns and gardens. It sleeps 2 to 4 people
and a pull out bed is available.
$129 - $149 (seasonal rates) for 1 - 2 guests
$40 per extra guest
$20 children under 12 years, infants free and cots are complimentary.

with a sign directing you to the Derby Suite. Carry on straight ahead down the drive and
on the left you will see a brown fence with the Derby Suite parking sign. Park there and go
around behind the fence. The Derby Suite is on the right hand side of the building, with a
letterbox at the entrance. The apartment will be open for you and the key inside the
apartment. The guest letterbox will have your welcome letter and arrival form in it.
